Ford - Series of “Dial in to Win” Contests

Situation: Ford Canada dialed-in to a series of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) promotions to help ring-up test drives and sales of vehicles.

How it worked:

  • Participants visited a dealership, picked a vehicle of their choice and completed an entry form.
  • The participant and dealer representative then dialed-in to a Contest Hotline where they were immediately notified if they won a Grand Prize vehicle or a secondary prize.

The concept and creative was handled by Barry Rayner Associates. iC Group delivered IVR contest development services and Promotion Risk Management services.
