We live in a very interesting interactive marketing world now. These days, brands must leave their lights on continuously and when those pesky consumers come knocking with a question, concern, or deep seeded beef, they better deal with them immediately or have insurmountable risk. We have conditioned our consumers to never expect a brand to do wrong or provide a negative product experience.

Further to my post on my experience at Loyalty Expo in Orlando, I wanted to dive deeper into the traditional versus promotional loyalty conversation. I got a lot of great feedback on that post.
